With over 15 years of experience in billing, customer service, and systems implementation, Ms. Gordon has worked with multiple businesses maintaining billing systems for companies ranging from a handful to dozens of employees. She has worked with integrating new technologies into existing systems and assisting each client as they’ve transitioned to newer, more efficient programs. Ms. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Central Arkansas. After work, Mary is busy taking care of her 12-year-old twins or training for her next half marathon.
